The Pelago Hanko Street SS green urban bike is the straightforward and uncomplicated choice. Ideal for everyday days when you just want to cruise the streets without worries. Equipped with efficient hydraulic disc brakes, it ensures a safe and responsible ride.
You'll enjoy the simplicity of riding without frills and it will accompany you on your daily missions without asking questions, like a well-trained horse.
Although you may like a tough and rugged approach, it's always nice to have a good-looking bike. This one has a touch of elegance in its robust and resilient charm.
With the Commuter handlebar, it offers an active riding position. Its single-speed transmission and reliable hydraulic disc brakes make it a straightforward, unapologetic, and fun bike. If this is your bike, you probably won't have many questions, you'll just want to cruise down those urban streets!
This essential model will serve you year-round and offers more simplicity than other Hanko models. No gear changes, no additional cables, no lights, and with a canvas Brooks saddle. Pretty simple, right? But pretty cool, we think.
Every Pelago bike is equipped with mounting points for front and rear racks to expand its cargo capacity. And this one is no exception.
Pelago is a bicycle company born out of local cyclists' needs and demand for new bicycles for daily transport and alternative travel. The idea for Pelago developed during the last decade in the city of Helsinki, Finland. The aim is to make bikes that still ride in 2050 - bikes that serve the purpose. Sustainability is a common effort and small things matter. Evidently, Pelago wants to contribute.
The company contributes to cycling with functional, aesthetic and strong products. It has learned a great deal on bike development at university, by working with local service shops and even dug out parts from junk yards or fixing bikes for friends.
The name Pelago is derived from ‘archipelago’, one of the prettiest parts of its homeland Finland. It is a constant reminder of the authenticity of the islands and the northern background that has influenced the design principles: simple, strong and practical.

Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if someone is not satisfied with their order, you have up to 30 days to return it.
We recommend that before making the return, you get in touch with us through email: orders [at] santafixie [dot] com.
The returned product(s) must be in new condition and, if possible, with its original packaging. The use of the product should not go beyond the verification of its new condition and functioning upon receipt. If this is not the case once we have received your return, the product or products could suffer a depreciation of its original value, or in extreme cases the return would not be accepted.
In the case of bicycles, in no case will we accept a return with traces of use, scratches, mounting marks, dirt on the tires, damage caused by improper packaging or any other type of damage that makes it impossible to put the bike back on sale. We will check that it is in perfect condition and with the seals intact. If Santafixie detects any damage it reserves the right not to accept the return. If the bicycle is not accepted and needs to be returned, it will be sent back to the buyer at the customer's expense.
